We are looking for a Brewer to join our team at Phantom Brewing Co. We are based in Reading, Berkshire

Required:
-At least two year’s relevant commercial brewing experience.
-A passion for beer
-Ability to work with head brewer or independently.
-Wort product and fermentation management
-Strictly Adhere to HACCP procedures
-Stock management and control of raw materials.
-Maintain and create relevant brewing and packaging records.
-Ensuring a clean and safe workspace at all times
-Flexibility in assisting in various other aspects of the brewery.
Desirable:
-Driving licence
-Fork lift licence
-IBD qualification or equivalent
